Mary Kennedy is a wife, mother, multi-published author, and a clinical psychologist in private practice on the east coast.  

She has had a number of exciting careers, and has worked as a television newswriter in Nashville, an  actress in New York and was the public relations director of a major travel company in North Carolina.

In addition to her doctorate in psychology, she holds a Master's degree in Dramatic Arts and also studied acting at the famed American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

Mary writes young adult novels and mysteries.  She has sold 36 novels, and has made both the Waldenbooks, Publishers Weekly and BookScan best-seller lists. Her latest book, Tales of a Hollywood Gossip Queen,is available now.  Secrets of a South Beach Princess, is coming out in November, 2006.

When not traveling to exotic locales, she lives with her husband and five neurotic cats.  The cats have resisted all her efforts to psychoanalyze them, but she remains optimistic.
